Refund Policy for Personal TV users ONLY!
Please read these rules carefully. This is the ExYU return/refund policy. This return/refund policy is licensed by Terms Feed ExYUTV Team.

Refund Policy - Services
We strongly believe in our products and support them 100%, but you must understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or encounter a problem that we cannot resolve together, which renders the system unusable for you, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of up to 80% within 30 days of your initial purchase.

So,
you will pay ONLY ONE one-month subscription/service per line for which you want to make a return/refund, and the rest of the purchase will be returned/refunded to you.

Some details of the Terms:
We are NOT able to issue refunds due to technical issues, unless you allow us to properly assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you will be issued a refund. Please Contact us HERE before requesting a refund due to a technical issue.
Refunds can only be made within 29 days from the day of purchase. After 29 days, refunds can NOT be made.

See the points below to better understand the return percentage:

Within 2H or 12H (depending on the FREE Test option server offers) = 100%
FREE 2H or 12H Test - NO payment needed

Within 29 Days = refund up to 80% (You will pay ONLY ONE one-month* subscription per line** for which you request a refund, and the rest of the purchase will be refunded to you)

After 30 Days = NO Refund
Remark:

* The prices for one month subscription can be checked on our SHOP page HERE.
** Example:

If the user has one line and is within the "REFUND POLICY", and only wants to make a refund for that ONE line, he will pay only one one-month subscription at the subscription price for ONE month.

If the user has several lines and is within the "REFUND POLICY", and wants to make a refund for MULTIPLE lines, he will pay ONE monthly subscription for each of the lines for which he wants a refund, at the subscription price for ONE month.

Please pay attention to the following:
Refunds are usually processed the next day and the funds returned to the customer's bank account card or PayPal account within 5-20 business days.

However, there are cases where refund processing took longer, up to 90 days. This is something we have NO influence over.

We recommend that you Contact us for assistance if you have problems receiving or purchasing a subscription.

Blocking of the Service by the ISP and use of the VPN Service
There are known cases of local ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking online services in some countries of the world.
In case you start noticing these blocks, we ALWAYS recommend using a VPN Service!
What's more, a VPN is ALWAYS strongly recommended to be used when using these Services, even when an ISP block does not currently exist.
Our service works in any country as long as your Internet Service Provider (ISP) allows the IP from the service provider
E.g. some of our packages do not work in the Netherlands, UK, ROI, Germany, Spain, France... without using the paid version of the VPN.
Some ISPs don't allow connection to streaming servers, so it won't work. But with the use of VPN, our service should work again without problems. All services in certain countries of the world face this potential problem.
This is another reason why we insist on a FREE Test before purchasing any package.
Please understand.
In the event that your line stops working due to service blocking by your ISP, we will NOT be able to refund you.
Please use a good VPN Service (recommendations of the VPN Service in the links below), or another one that may be more suitable for you, and which will still solve the problem with blocking the Service.
